IS THERE A CONTRACT OR SETUP FEE?

No, all services are month to month, Arch never charges a setup fee. You only pay for the actual time on the Service.

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT TO USE THE POWERDIALER?

No, all you need is a telephone and access to the internet. You can use it with any browser and from any PC or Mac computer or tablet. There is no software to download or hardware to purchase.

MAY I LOAD MY OWN LEAD LISTS?

Yes, you may load your own lists provided they are in a CSV format. 

DO YOU SCRUB AGAINST THE DO NOT CALL (DNC) REGISTRY?

Yes, whether the list comes from Arch or is a 3rd party list we check the number against the Do Not Call (DNC) registry. Please see our DNC Policy page for more information. 

HOW DO I GET LEADS INTO THE POWERDIALER SERVICE?

Simply press a button and your Expired, FSBO, FRBO and Neighborhood leads are in the dialer. You can also load any 3rd party lead list that is in a Comma Separated Value (CSV) format.
